THE BEST LAWYERS IN AMERICA

• Barry Sinoff has been listed in these books for the last ten (10) years. As stated in this publication, "Lawyers are chosen for inclusion by a vote of their peers."
• Barry Sinoff is one of only four (4) lawyers listed in Family Law in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

MARTINDALE-HUBBELL

• Barry Sinoff has had an AV rating since 1983. This is the highest rating.
• This is the oldest and most relied upon international publication that provides ratings of attorneys.
• According to the publishers, Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review process that rates lawyers.

Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the Judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell ratings fall into two categories legal ability and general ethical standards.

Legal Ability Ratings are:

• C Good to High
• B High to Very High
• A Very High to Preeminent

There is one general ethical standard rating "V" or "very high." An attorney will not receive a Legal Ability Rating unless he or she had been endorsed for a "V." Only when both ratings are confirmed will an attorney receive a rating."

THE BAR REGISTER OF PREEMINENT LAWYERS

• Among the "AV" rated attorneys, Martindale-Hubbell identifies a select number of attorneys for its BAR REGISTER OF PREEMINENT LAWYERS. Barry Sinoff was selected in 1999 and has been included for seven (7) years since that time.
• "The Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers is the definitive guide to America's leading lawyers and law firms. This select list is comprised of the countrys most distinguished law practices."

THE AMERICAN INNS OF COURT

(FLORIDA FAMILY LAW INN OF COURT)

• American Inns of Court are designed to improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar.
• BARRY SINOFF was selected for this organization at the "Masters" level which is the highest category and includes judges, experienced lawyers and law professors. He was invited to join as a charter member.

Each year the Florida Family Law Inn of Court has only one award. The Professionalism Award is given to the attorney who exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism. On April 19, 2002 the Professionalism Award was presented to Barry Sinoff by the President of the Inn of Court: Circuit Judge E. McRae Mathis.
